I played it. WOW!!!!! He's cute.

Sounds like he's dealt with everything and he feels the weight
off his shoulders. He still has to be a "grown-up", cos he has kids.

But, to be a happy/fulfilled grown-up is a great role model. Poor
thing, why the heck people get married baffles me!

I wish him the best in future adventures.

Damn he's cute !!!  LOL

LISA'S OPINION IS:
Awesome advice from your son. Very
true, and I always say don't look at it as a failed marraige or
relationship...but look at it as a stepping stone in a better
direction to happiness.

My relationship's have taught me alot about myself and who I
am and what I am and am not. I don't regret any of them as
I look back.

I think my errors in the past will help me in the future with my
new relationship.

Well done to your son Ruben.

KEITH'S OPINION IS:
I just watched "Unboxed". It is a
brutally honest portrayal of a mans insight into his failed
relationship.

The anxiety, self doubt and realizations are right there and
unbridled. Kudos to your son for having the fortitude to film
himself in such a raw and exposed state.

Anyone who has suffered a split marriage and been left with
responsibilities and pain, should watch Rueben's piece.

   Anna Nicole Smith
The very public tragic figure was born on this date in Houston, Texas in 1967. She died on
February 8th of this year. She would have been 40 years of age today. Was born Vickie Lynn
Hogan, the 5' 11" Marilyn Monroe look-a-like was a very very controversial model and actress.
Met her second husband, J. Howard Marshall II, when she was a topless dancer in Houston
in 1991. He died in 1995, and that began a long battle for his estate, between Nicole and his
son.
Had fought her former stepson, E. Pierce Marshall, in court since November 1999, suing
for half of her late husband's $1.6 billion estate. In Sept. 2000, LA bankruptcy judge awarded
Anna $449,754,134 from husband's estate. But in July 2001, Houston judge Mike Wood vaca-
ted that award and ordered her to pay over $1 million in fees and expenses to stepson E. Pie-
rce Marshall's team. Finally, in March 2002, was awarded $88 million from the estate of her
late husband, but was denied claim that she was also owed interest on that money.
Her daily
life was televised on E! network's "The Anna Nicole Show" (2002) which debuted in August
2002. The last episode aired June 1, 2003. Playboy Playmate of the Month May 1992. Playboy
Playmate of the Year 1993. She's the biggest (tallest, heaviest, biggest measurements) Play-
mate of the Year, although India Allen (1988) and Julie Cialini (1995) were also 5'11" tall.
On
September 7, 2006, she gave birth to a healthy 6 pound, 9 ounce baby girl named Dannielynn
Hope. The name Hope is in memory of the baby's deceased brother, Daniel Smith, who died
suddenly while visiting his mother and newborn sister in their hospital room on September 10,
2006. The rest is history with a battle for who is the real father, the money, and in the end,
one of the most tragic celebrity stories of all time. R.I.P. Anna.

Hi Jonathan. I watched your son's video
and I have to admit it was very interesting to watch.

I am in no position to analyze him and I see there seems to be
a lot of self analysis happening in his video.

What stood out the strongest was his desire for independence.

Whether in thinking, or in action he is now free to get onto the
path of self discovery and find out what he really wants out of life.

I admire his willingness to share his experience and you must be
very proud of your son who gives me the impression of being a
very remarkable young man.

he might want to document during his personal journey.

Lula California

LULA'S OPINION IS:
I have seen many couples struggling to make
each other happy to the point of forgetting to make thy self happy.
It is a pivotal point in a relationship when we start doing more of this
(making the other happy) it's like reciprocity left out the window.

And we are faced to pick up our own meager life... after we have given
all that could have saved the marriage and realizing that it was only one
sided...
who was the stronger of the two?

There is an imbalance of giving and receiving. This arrangement works
for a little while until one can no longer see the light at the end of the
tunnel and the purpose for salvaging the marriage no longer is enough.

There is not a big enough band-aide to kiss the problem and make it better
once the imbalance takes its course through our lives. No one is a winner
together anymore. Now it is about getting to the place where we (I) once
felt happy with (me) again. This takes years to re-learn, and often we carry
the illusion of our box until we get there.

I remember when I left my husband I could not make decisions with out him,
even after the fact. I still carried his cruel loud yelling head on my shoulders.
This was my box. How can I be happy when all this time I lived to make my
spouse happy. I forgot how to make me happy.

I wanted to reproduce the the happiness I saw in him and still today 5 years
later, I keep my box at my side because I need to feel like there is a purpose
in my life...and you know what there is a purpose in my life! That is to make
me happy and in this in itself makes others happy.

For example go look at nature, and breathe her in, feel her and love her. She
will make you happy just because she is nature. she has not given you anything
other than what your eyes gave you.

There is no box and there never really was. It was just the idea of boxing in and
containing happiness. Try boxing in nature. Good-luck.

The lively Pop sensation was born in 1981 in Haywards Heath, Sussex, England. She is the
sister of Daniel Bedingfield. Set a record in the Guinness World of Records with brother
Daniel as the only brother and sister to have separate solo no. 1 hits in the UK. Took part
in the Band Aid 20 re-recording of "Do They Know It's Christmas?, back in November 2004.
She is the daughter of two New Zealand-born social workers. One of her quotes;
On who
she'd like to be stranded on a desert island with: "I'd say Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.
They come across as lovely - so warm, so bright and so talented. I imagine that we'd have
great chats. And, if we ever ran out of things to say to each other, I could sing and write so-
ngs with Chris Martin, and play charades with Gwyneth. I reckon that they would both be
good at strategies and tips for survival as well, which could obviously come in handy if we
got stuck there for a long time". Celine Dion is an icon to Natasha. She has been all over both

SHIRLS OPINION IS:
Hi Jonathan. I just watched your son
Rueben' short film.

Very interesting. It's good he is able to express all the emotions
he is going through during his marriage breakup.

It is sad when something ends, however it is also exciting looking
forward to the new chapters in your life too.

He seems to have learned a lot from his marriage regardless that
it's over now. That will stand him in good stead for the future, and
future relationships.

He seems a very articulate, intelligent, emotionally feeling young
man. Good for him knowing what he wants out of life, and doesn't
want. Most just stay for the sake of the kids, or duty.

At least he isn't wasting time and his life on something that obviously
just isn't working for him. That takes courage to step out of the box,
to free yourself from restrictions. I know, I have been there.

Leaving my marriage was the best thing I ever did. Because now I am
free to be me, who I really am.

Give him my love and support. He's a handsome chap, but not handsome
as his lovely daddy.

Much love and light to you my friend. Thank you for sharing your
son's work.

The greatest of all time would probably be a
classical guitarist that nobody's heard of, honestly. I've worked
with some really great guitarists, and some of the most beautiful
and intricate guitar work in classical guitar concerti is just mind
blowing. I could name names, but that's probably not really the
question, hehe.

As far as rock guitarists, a lot of people will probably say Eddie
Van Halen
, and I adore Eddie both as a guitarist and as a person.

He emailed back and forth with my son for a long time, helping my
son out a lot with his guitar work, and he's a real class act. But as
a musician, Eddie has a lot in common with John McLaughlin.

McLaughlin was a brilliant technician, but his music lacked a certain
heart, the opposite of Carlos Santana or Eric Clapton that way.

As far as mixing both incredible technique and musicianship, though,
I have to go with Steve Vai or maybe Joe Satriani.

I haven't heard enough Satriani to really know, but what little I've
heard has been awesome.

Born in 1965 in the Icelandic capital city of Reykjavik, the daughter of Gudmundur Gunnarsson
(an electrician) and Hildur Hauksdttir who divorced before her second birthday, Bjrk grew up
in a hippie-type community with her mother and her seven siblings. She started to study class-
ical music at the age of 5 and released her first album in 1977 (mainly traditional Icelandic folk
songs and international hits translated to Icelandic) when she was only 11. During her teenage
years Bjrk became involved in several bands, most of them punk: Spit & Snot (1977), Exodus
(1979-80), Jam 80 (1980), Tappi Tkarrass (1981-83) (featured the documentary Rokk Reyk-
javk (1982)) and Kukl (1984-86). She then formed the pop group The Sugarcubes with Einer Orn
and Sigtryggur Baldursson and eventually other members 'Thor Eldon' (with whom she had a son
in 1986), Margrt rnlfsdttir and 'Bragi Olafsson'. The band released its first single in 1986 and
and its first album, "Life's Too Good", in 1988, and discovered international success, especially in
UK. After Danish director Lars von Trier discovered her in the music video of "It's Oh So Quiet", he
asked her to play the main role and to compose the music for his new movie Dancer in the Dark
(2000). She won the Best Actress Prize in the Cannes Festival, and said that it would be her only
cinema performance (although she'd already acted in the Icelandic movie Juniper Tree (1990)) be-
cause it was too painful for her and because she considered herself a music artist and not a cinema
artist. As of September 2002, MTV has ranked Bjrk's music video Pagan Poetry (2001) as one of
the channel's most controversial videos ever as it depicts several shots of not only her breasts,
but also multiple body piercings on her arms and back. Ranked #36 on VH1's 100 Greatest Women

Hi J. Hmm....I think that this must be your
hardest question yet! I don't know if it's possible to say who
the 'Greatest Guitar Player Of All Time' is, what with greats
such as Hendrix, Kerry King, Yngwie Malmsteen, Joe
Satriani
, Dimebag, Eric Clapton, etc etc.

So in summary, I don't think I can possibly answer it, but I
think that my 'favourite' guitarist' at the moment has to be
Zakk Wylde (Ozzy Osbourne and Black Label Society),
his musicianship is flawless!

His quality of playing is top class and he can certainly knock
spots off alot, if not most, of todays guitarists. He's also kind,
thoughtful and loyal to his fans the world over.

show was soon cancelled. In 1984, she moved to tinsel town and landed a job in the western Tel-
evision Series "Wildside" (1985). With her part in the highly successful movie Top Gun (1986) Meg
became a star with "take me to bed or lose me forever". This led to Meg being cast in Steven Spi-

with Quaid in the remake of D.O.A. (1988) and they married on Valentine Day in 1991. In 1989,
Meg appeared in another blockbuster called When Harry Met Sally... (1989) and the scene at the
restaurant became famous. Meg was nominated for both the Golden Globe and the BAFTA. In '90,

Born in Wichita, Kansas in 1986, Kiera Harris graduated from Wichita High School North in
2005. She began her performing career in dance at the age of 3. This continued throughout
high school and led to becoming an award-winning cheerleader and letter woman. She was
also active in choir and swimming as well as being an honor student. As she grew up, her
height (5' 7") and beauty made her a natural for modeling which she pursued throughout the
Midwest. Her modeling exposure brought her to the attention of independent film producers
eager to cast her in their projects. Although never completed, her participation in two other
films, "Adrenaline" and "Cursed Waters", gave her the invaluable experience she needed to
tackle her co-starring role in "Framing Frankie". While filming "Adrenaline", Kiera had the me-
morable opportunity to work with and be coached by actor Ray Duke. The micro-budget horror
film "Cursed Waters" gave her a chance to work with many hand-crafted special effects with
Phillips Films. Kiera has been a model representing several independent skin care lines along
the way since she was a young child. It was through a modeling website that she was discover-

Anne was born in 1982 on this day in Brooklyn, New York. Anne's first major role came in
the short-lived television series "Get Real" (1999). She gained widespread recognition for
her roles in The Princess Diaries (2001) and its 2004 sequel as a young girl who discovers
she's a member of royalty, opposite Julie Andrews and Heather Matarazzo.
She soon star-
ted to move away from family-friendly films. Following The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Enga-
gement (2004), she appeared topless in the films Havoc (2005) opposite Josh Peck and Br-
okeback Mountain (2005) opposite Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal. Her desire to break
out of her "Princess Diaries" image parallels that of her one-time co-star, Julie Andrews,
who went topless in the film S.O.B. (1981) in order to break away from the image she cre-
ated from her 1960s musicals. Most recent film's were The Devil Wears Prada" and "Becom-

Has stated that she would only appear nude/topless in a film if she felt it would
add significance to it. She appeared topless for the first time in Havoc (2005) and then in the
same year in Brokeback Mountain (2005). Named one of Teen People Magazine's 25 Hottest
Stars Under 25 in its June 2006 issue for the second time. She was also on the list in 2002.

I havent participated in FOREVER so Im stoked to be doing this
right now. Besides, its fun and I get to have my 2c worth, even
if at times they appear to be random tangents.

Arguably there are some amazing standouts, but these are a couple
of my personal favs.

Yngwie Malmsteen is a guitar great; the man is almost a god.

Granted he may have been labelled an arrogant, egotistical egomaniac
hat used vocalists purely for his endorsement, he was good at what he
did and he did it oh so well. Case in point Jeff Scott Soto (amazing voc-
alist) I am a Viking . I F****** love this song; the guitar rifts are
beautifully wicked. They say that arrogance is a sign of intelligence, who
knows. But this man can evoke feelings by merely plucking a few strings.
Hence, the man is a great.

I first heard Joe Satriani when I met my current bf. The melodic guitar
notes had me hooked while we were making out, and I bit Gavs lips in the
process!! Hahaha.

That says a lot about the effect of music on emotions.

I love his neo-classical harmonic heart wrenching acoustics. They floored
me, and when that happens. I know Ive found an artist well worth listen-
ing to. Gav was nice enough to let me listen to the album for the rest of
the afternoon, and again the following day. I couldn't get enough.

I've often thought about this one and rating such a
thing; as one would sports events; is in itself a relitively newer
phenomena.

The R'n'R Hall of Fame, is the opposite of what R'n'R is. Anyway, I
heard some the unreleased Beckola bonus tracks from the extended
CD. I could contemplate Clapton's nervous intimidation, but Clapton is
a better popular music writer. So how, does one compare?

I must remind us all that, of the little bit later in the generaton people,
we so often forget to mention that Eddie Van Halen; in totality, is pretty
much untouchable in playing and is the closest thing to Hendrix we'd
ever know.

Carlos Santana is also a contender!

Stephen Stills lead in "Carry On" was always my vote for best guitar lead
in a song.

And I must confess my ingnorance of the many speed metalist's coming
after and inspired by Yngvie Malmstein.

Especially, because of the unacknowledged record by Jeff Beck called,

The most original or the most egotistical?

Hmmm...they can think that they greatest guitar player of all
time...but god only knows that the greatest guitar player is the
one is that is not discovered.

Jonathan: That is very deep Inga.

TOBIN SAYS:
Man, that's a really tough question. I've been a guitar
player for 20 years now and so many of them have great talent and
some in different styles. I'm not sure there is a way to pick just one.

But, if you had to pick just one, you'd probably have to go with song
writing ability over tequnique or style.

This probably won't help, but I'll give a short list out of my head.

Stevie Ray Vaughn
Eddie Van Halen
Randy Rhodes
Zach Wylde
Eric Johnson
Jimi Hendrix
Joe Satriani

And there are probably a lot more I'll think of once I send this.

But man, that's a really tough question to answer. I actually don't think
it can truley be answered.

Tobin: All of the above are great-but it can be answered. One
has to stand out among all the others. It's all in the ears of
the beholder.

   Rebecca Romijn
Rebecca Romijn (pronounced Romaine, like the lettuce) was born on this date, 1972, in
Berkeley, California. Her father was Dutch-born and worked as a custom-furniture maker;
her mother was American-born, of Dutch descent, and was an English teacher. Rebecca
attended Berkeley High School where her nickname was the Jolly Blond Giant (5' 11"), then
she attended the University of California at Santa Cruz where she majored in Music, but left
in 1995.
Rebecca's most famous movie role so far was as the shape-shifting Mystique in X-
Men (2000), based on the long-running comic book series about teenage mutant superheroes
(that Jack Kirby and Stan Lee created in 1962). To play Mystique, every day Rebecca had to
start out nude, and then two female makeup artists would apply blue body paint and other
stick-on parts for 8 hours a day. Rebecca told Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno"
(1992) that things like tissue paper would stick to her hips; and one day the long hours of we-
aring sticky paint makeup made her so upset that director 'Bryan Singer (I)' told her to have
a glass of white wine and relax. Notwithstanding those technical difficulties, "X-Men" was a
box-office bonanza, and Rebecca's future in films was assured.
One of People Magazine's 50
Most Beautiful People in both 1997 and 1999.
Ranked #60 on VH1's 100 Hottest Hotties. Ran-
ked #82 in Stuff magazine's "102 Sexiest Women In The World" (2002). Named #80 on the
Maxim magazine "Hot 100 of 2005" list, and #30 of 2007. Ranked as #99 in FHM's "100 Sexiest
Women in the World 2005" special supplement. (2005). Divorced John Stamos in 2005. Rebecca
remarried to Jerry O' Connell this year. Currently has a regular role as 'Alexis Meade' on the hit
TV show "Ugly Betty". Personally I think she is one of the most beautiful women in the world,
and my favorite film she was in was 2002's "Femme Fatale". I've watched that a dozen times.

Johnny Greenwood of Radiohead. His guitar
playing appears to be through his heart.

It is very unique, sounds like no other, and over the years of
recording albums with Radiohead (I've got them all) he just
seems to continue to grow and mold his sound to be that rec-
ognizable Johnny Greenwood sound!

He's influenced many guitarists out there already, and sets a
great example of a true artist.

Jonathan, really, I can't explain why. :-) I'm not experienced in
guitars at all. Only one thing I know - rockabilly guitar never
makes you bored. lol

Jonathan: Marina, I had Brian live on the radio back in 1994,
and he played some incredible guitar for the audience. Very
